The management/ownership staff was helpful and friendly. Location is good and convenient.

The price shot up dramatically for no discernible reason, in the middle of my stay. When I tried to renew the stay in the current room I was put into a less clean one, while I was very ill and trying to rest. The less clean room was too much and smelled strongly of smoke, to be worth further extension.

The location and the interior

Not busy area, close to my point of interest. Parking place ok. Relative new location. Nice lake view.

Hardware poor quality or not available - no microwave oven. The heating thermostat was broken and the administration knew it but never mentioned to us. They was talking about sending an electrician before check in, to "check something", but because they messed up our paid early check-in, in the end they preted that was nothing urgent and the checks can wait, electrician never showed up. When I arrived the temp in the apartament was 28°C and we struggled for all 3x days with the excessive heat even we turned of the main heating system. They don't have an mobile contact number for easy communication. The wired phone was not always available and the only way of communication is booking.com chat - but to be fair they was replying quite fast.
