This place is renovated and well located, surrounded by good restaurants, Cafes, supermarket, near to metro station and many bus lines. Good communication with owner. With good WIFI and air conditioning system. The owner was very kind to help me during the hot weather!
The last day there was a person sleeping on the stairs of the building. This because the two entrance doors of the building were not locked. The guy was friendly, however he was smoking strong stuff leaving the smell in the appartment.
