Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was dazugehört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter sind sehr flexibel und mega nett.😊

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung für kurze Aufenthalte

Unkomplizierte Absprache bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe, einige Kaffeepads und Teebeutel standen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Bequemes, großes Bett gab es dort, sowie ausreichend Handtücher um auch mal zu duschen. Es gibt auch einen großen Balkon.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und alles vorhanden. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Sollte ich mal wieder das Ahrtal besuchen, komme ich gerne wieder in dieses bequeme, angenehme Zuhause. Ganz nah an der Ahr u am Kurpark u nur ein paar Meter in die Innenstadt.... besser geht es nicht! Volle Punktzahl.

Super Wohnung in top zentraler Lage

Die kleine aber sehr feine Ferienwohnung liegt top zentral, es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Kurpark, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie war auch picobello sauber. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Wir haben super gut geschlafen und uns total wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia, cocina completa, baño pequeño pero con todo lo necesario

Apartamento en tercera planta sin ascensor. Durante tres días sin internet y por tanto en este caso no funcionaba la television. Aunque Abel estuvo todo el tiempo en contacto para intentar solucionarlo se tardó en solucionarlo aunque no fuera culpa de la propiedad.

Que no tenga ascensor y el ruido de los vecinos y de la calle.

Limpieza y calefacción

Es un tercero sin ascensor. Una escalera oscura y muy vieja. La puerta de entrada al apartamento no cierra si no es con la llave puesta. La televisión no funciona siguiendo las instrucciones. Baño es muy pequeño. Apartamento con muchos vecinos en edificio antiguo poco tranquilo. Trato frío y por washap. Las llaves las entrega una empleada no profesional y se devuelven echándolas un buzón sin señas.
