Beautiful and clean apartments in a new residential complex. There are coffee shops and restaurants very close by, and the city center is just a 15-minute taxi ride or 25-minute bus ride away. You can even see the ocean from the terrace. The appliances are modern, stylish, and clean. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. We stayed for a week and were very pleased. There is an air conditioning system, and on hot days it cools the apartment very quickly.

Très bel appartement, moderne, spacieux, très propre, bien situé (bus/resto/digue/mer) à proximité, quartier calme sécurisé, agréable pour faire une ballade au soir aussi.

Seul petit bémol, le quartier semble nouveau donc le bruit de construction est présent, l’appartement ne semble pas avoir une grande isolation à la sonorité extérieure. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail mineur, car dans l’ensemble excellent séjour

The apartment is very modern and stylish, furnished beautifully. Being on the top floor gave us a lovely view of our surroundings but not of the estuary. The kitchen goods were in great condition and really clean; the whole apartment was immaculately clean which was really good. Loads of storage for clothes or whatever you'd bring so you didn't have to live out of your suitcase, everything could be put away. The building itself was clean and well maintained and the lifts were quick.

The apartment is fitted with a kitchen and various kitchen utensils were supplied but some key things were missing which made cooking slightly challenging. There were no chopping boards or a bread knive which was unexpected. There were also no wooden spoons for stirring pots, and no tray for cooking things in the oven, only grid wire trays. The bathrooms had no towel racks so we had to find wherever we could to dry towels, mostly on the backs of chairs. For the area, the apartment is in a strange bit of Lisbon which is clearly under rapid development. It's very quiet, very few locals or tourists. We struggled to find a local shop, which we did find but it isn't on Google maps, but there just is very little around. If we wanted to do anything, we had to travel into the city center on the bus
