Super quiet and comfortable stay. A bit far out from central ubud (about 20mins on a grab) but that’s what we wanted for somewhere quiet to rest after our hike up mt batur. The staff were amazing, super happy being able to use the smart tv to use Netflix/prime etc. really good for the price.
The taps/shower could use an update and the kettles didn’t work but we didn’t mind too much.

Красивая, удобная для проживания, чистая вилла для уединения в Убуде.
Уединенное место, если цель поездки не жить в шумном поселке. Вилла располагается среди рисовых полей. Хорошая уборка и приветливый персонал. До всех мест добираться, конечно, лучше на байке или машине, в пешей доступности ничего нет, кроме очень маленьких частных магазинчиков для местных жителей.
Немного были проблемы с горячей водой и душем в одной комнате( был сломан), в остальном все хорошо. Из особенностей данной виллы, что нельзя оставлять никакую открытую еду, поскольку сразу приходят муравьи и заселяют все эти пакеты с едой.

Het is stil en rustig. Je hebt veel privacy. Er is een zwembad aanwezig. Je hebt veel ruimte in de villa. De contact persoon regelde wel redelijk snel de spullen die we misten: zoals een lege gastank, toiletpapier en aqua water tank. De medewerker reageert ook snel en dat was zeer positief. Een prettige vrouw.
De faciliteiten en kwaliteit vielen echter tegen voor zowel mij als mijn partner. Alles is uit geleefd en slecht onderhouden. De foto's kwamen niet overeen met de realiteit. Het rook niet heel fris in de ruimtes en de dekens. Slaapkamer deuren sluiten slecht, veel schimmel/vochtplekken, kit in de douche ziet er geel onfris uit. De douchekop geeft genoeg water, maar ook die is zeker toe aan vervanging. Keukenkasten zijn vast getaped, omdat het bijna uit elkaar valt. Het oogt niet netjes en fris. Veel last van vliegen in de tuin en tijdens het eten. Als de eigenaar het goed zou aanpakken dan zou ik een voldoende cijfer krijgen. In dit geval voor ons een 5 gezien de status van de villa.
