Zenozy luxury apartments

It was a lovely spacious apartment with a balcony offering beautiful views. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, and there was convenient on-site parking for our car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. It is a great value for money .

Nothing, really. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, with the first 10 minutes through a fairly quiet area. If you’re travelling alone, particularly at night, it’s just something to be mindful of. The apartment is also on the second floor, so you’ll need to climb a few flights of stairs. Neither of these was an issue for us, and we actually appreciated being a little away from the busy, crowded areas and easy reach to beaches in the outer side .

A really spacious apartment. Plenty of room for two people and could certainly comfortably accommodate 4 people and maybe one or two more. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and nicely fitted out, including a good walk in shower. The air conditioning in the bedroom was good and much appreciated in the heat. A nice balcony leading from the living room with a good mix of sun and shade. Cleaners came in half way through our week's stay to change the bed linen and towels which was much appreciated. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from Corfu town and access to all the shops, bars and restaurants on offer. Easy access to buses and taxis making getting around Corfu easy. Only a 5 minute drive from the airport which can be seen from the balcony making for interesting viewing if that's your kind of thing. The host was quick to respond to all our questions and resolve issues when it was possible.

There are a number of issues with this apartment which to my mind means it does not match up to its 'luxury' label. Some issues can be resolved but others cannot. There are a number of steps to get to the apartment and several flights of stairs in the building to reach it. We are relatively fit 63 year olds and my husband was strong enough to get two heavy suitcases up these. Despite being reasonably fit I would not have been able to do so. This apartment is not suitable for any but the reasonably fit, strong and healthy for this reason. Also I would not be comfortable bringing young children here because of the staircases which have open stair rails and windows which open inwards which could easily cause injury if care isn't taken. The location is not the best. The area to the back of the building is very run down. It is also a short walk away from Corfu prison. While none of this caused us any issues as such, I would not expect a property described as 'luxury' to be in a location like this. The above issues can't really be changed but we had some problems which were fixable and despite a prompt response from the owner he was unable to get them resolved during our stay, despite making efforts to try to do so. The toilet seat was broken and there was a water leak from the back of the toilet. The owner tried, but was unable, to get a plumber to attend during our week's stay. One of the door sensors needed to ensure the air conditioning worked in the living room has fallen off. This was not fixed during our stay so we had no air conditioning in the living room area. We were unable to use the safe as it appears the code has been changed and it needs to be reset to allow it to be used again. This dishwasher needs a good clean and probably a top up of salt and rinse aid. Dishes came out dirtier than when they went in. A bit more crockery is needed. We only had 2 cutlery knives and there were only 2 mugs.

It was one of the gorgeous apartments I've ever stayed :) The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Everything is walking distance: old town, park, grocery store, etc... The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had during our stay :)

L'appartement est très bien équipé.

L'appartement manque de propreté. Des poils et des taches ont été trouvés sur les draps. Le sol était très sale. Tout avait besoin d'être nettoyé. Il y a une odeur très désagréable dans l'immeuble où se trouve l'appartement.
