The property is very clean and stylish!
No taxi/uber from local train station to the property, have to waiting the taxi for about 20mins from city, all the bedrooms are upstairs without lift.

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. Having two spacious rooms is a breath of fresh air for a family of four. Ideal cleanliness, a welcome pack of some nice food items (won't tell you so you'd be surprised!). We were met by the host at 23.40 (!), which is so unusual for Italian hosts that value (and rightfully so) their family time (which starts after 20:00) and routines. The design is gorgeous. Two restrooms is such a breeze of fresh air to get ready for bed for a family of four after a long trip. To Tronchetto parking it's 23 mins, it's ok, no tollroads there, shopping malls are easy to reach from the location. Noise-wise, it's either pristinely quiet (in one of the bedrooms) or a little white-noiseish (in another), but earplugs cancel that out (I use them even at home anyway). The reason for the noise - a high-speed motorway about 1 km away, but it's that motorway that makes that location easy to reach after a long trip from Croatia. The expansion site nearby is no problem noise-wise: workers worked so quietly we didn't know they were there. Parking is 50 m away from the entrance to the apartment.
Mind that if you have VERY heavy luggage, there's gravel for about 50 meters to the house from the parking lot, so you'll have to carry that carefully (doable, the gravel is small-fraction-type).

A beautiful and lovely renovated old house!
Perfect location.
The Maerne di Martellago train station is just a 5-minute drive away, and from there it's only a 25-minute train ride to Venice Santa Lucia.
Surprisingly, a well-stocked refrigerator with fresh groceries and a delicious fruit platter was waiting inside the holiday home. Such a really nice touch!
The host family is very hospitable.
Highly recommended and a place where I'd like to return anytime.
Everything was great and there is no reason for complaints :-)
