The B+B is atmospheric- rustic and pretty, the conversion is awesome. Not too big, not too small. The outside area is lovely, with your own little section of the garden. seating area to use right by the river Nonette. Beautiful location, close enough to shops, creperies, the city centre and stunning cathedral. It’s so peaceful. The lovely owners have a big friendly dog called Olaf who we saw sometimes 😊 there’s an Aldi nearby so we stocked up on basics and then went out to a creperie for a treat one evening. The kids loved our stay as well.

Comfortable bed. Arched stonework nice. Short walk to the village across the stream.

It was dirty with crumbs, dust and mould. There was an old hairclip on the floor and it didn't seem like it was cleaned since the last people had stayed. The shower curtain had a foot of scum/dirt/mould on the bottom and stayed permanently damp as it didn't drain well. Everything in the kitchen felt sticky. One of two lamps in the bedroom did not work. We had a buzzing noise every five minutes that lasted for two days - and through the night - and disturbed our sleep. We did not hear from the owner for 20 hours when we asked about the noise. It was disappointing because this was our last accomodation in France and we paid more than we usually do so that it would be nice. Other places we stayed cost a lot less and were a lot better. We wouldn't stay here again.
