Once inside great value for money. The renovations that are complete are well done

Modern renovation on the internal apartment. Very generous space in bathroom, living and mezzanine bedroom.

A bit daunting the series of doors the access the duplex via the courtyard. The locking mechanism a little rustic. The internal stairwell is a bit rickety

We had a wonderful stay in Chantilly but the apartment could have been better maintained.

The apartment is located on the main street, right at the heart of Chantilly.

The courtyard is neglected. The doors are quite flimsy. The kitchen is not really functional. Glasses, cooking pots and utensils are missing. T

Nice value apartment in Chantilly city center

The main living room area is very well done and newly renovated and very comfortable. If you read any of the bad reviews they will mention the stairs. I knew about the stairs so I'm not complaining about them, but I want to post about them here just for general information so others can make their own decision. To get to the apartment there is a small staircase with a 90degree turn, this puts you on the main living floor with kitchen, bathroom, sofa and tv. To get to the bedroom is a short but very steep staircase. If you can navigate these well then the place is wonderful. If you think these will give you a challenge then seek other lodging.

Lovely clean apartment with comfortable shower, hot water and room to move around. The man in charge was very friendly and helpful.

The stairs were very dangerous for an 80 and 90 year old. Seniors need a bathroom in the night. Toilet was downstairs and bedroom up the pretty but dangerous steps. Couldn't ever figure out how the tv worked. Very hot and humid unless we opened the windows, which we did. Just afraid, pigeons, other birds and insects may come in. Wish there was a couple chairs with backs on them.

Situation géographique excellente, SdB très bien avec douche à l'italienne. Couchage bien.

Quelques éléments des meubles dangereux à réparer. Ustensiles de cuisine à revoir, exemple : 2 Assiettes pour 4 et plusieurs petites assiettes, pas de bol et de mug pour le petit dej ... Pas de chaise et deux tabourets pour 4 ...

De locatie is uitstekend

Enkele essentiële zaken (warm water, tv, traplicht) waren niet op orde. De eigenaar (niet onmoet) heeft zich via de mail verontschuldigd en €20 (voor 2 pax, 2 nachten) geretourneerd. Suggestie: zorg dat er een goede, geprinte instructie ligt, of dat deze wordt gegeven door de mensen die de sleutel overhandigen. Plus doe een check na iedere verhuur of al het meubilair nog intact is - de frontjes van diverse kasten zaten los.

Appartement agréable et bien situé mais équipement et propreté à revoir.

Appartement très bien situé à Chantilly dans la rue principale , parfait pour visiter la ville ,le chateau et musée Condé. Accueil très sympathique au café restaurant du rez de chaussée pour récupérer les clés.

Accès télévision ne fonctionne pas. Manque une rampe à l'échelle de meunier pour accéder au grenier en sécurité ou se trouve le lit. Four très sale et gras qui fume lorsqu'on essaye de l'utiliser,peu de vaisselle ,manque une petite table avec prises multiples pour utiliser la machine à café et la bouilloire .

Très bien ! On a apprécié !

Très bon emplacement, à 10 minutes à pied du Château et à 15 minutes à pied de la Gare. Proche d’une épicerie et de plusieurs cafés-restaurants sympathiques. Au calme (donne sur une petite arrière cour). Très lumineux et très agréable.

Il manque quelques équipements (lampe de chevet, drap adapté au canapé-lit) pour que ce soit parfait ! À noter : l’escalier qui mène à la chambre (lit double) est TRÈS TRÈS raide et ne peut pas convenir à une personne âgée ou avec une faible mobilité.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in TOP-Lage

Für mich sehr angenehme und großzügige Unterkunft in einem alten Anbau, der innen modernisiert wurde, aber viel von seinem alten Charme behalten hat. Der Eingangsbereich und einige Kleinigkeiten sind ein bißchen schäbig, habe mich aber dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, insbesondere für Reisende ohne Auto (Supermarkt gegenüber, Bushaltestellen und Touristeninformation in ca. 3-5 Min. fußläufig erreichbar, das Schloss in 15-20 Min.). Der Gastgeber César war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Für Gäste mit relevanten Mobilitätseinschränkungen oder großem Gepäck sind die Stiegen in die Wohnung (eng) und insbesondere zum Schlafzimmer eher nicht geeignet, aber ich war durch die Beschreibungen darauf vorbereitet und bin - obgleich selbst relativ unsportlich und groß - gut damit klargekommen.

Appartamento freddo con una sola stufina per riscaldare tutte le stanze. Abbiamo trovato degli avanzi di cibo nel frigo e nel forno. Lenzuola sporche. L’asciuga capelli c’è ma è rotto.

L'appartement été très chouette. Mes enfants ont beaucoup aimé les fenêtres au plafond de la chambre au grenier.

La proximité du centre ville

Logement mal isolé et froid, ne correspond pas à la description ( 1 chambre et non 2), pas adapté pour 4 personnes( 3 tabourets), uniquement pour personnes de petite taille ( hotte très basse et pas de hauteur sous plafond dans l unique chambre), peu d ustensiles, lave-vaisselle non branché et hors d état de fonctionnement, TV fonctionnant que partiellement ( multiplication des micro-coupures), ménage succinct( cafetière non vidée, poussière sur la hotte), literies inconfortables et couette très fine. L accès au logement est lugubre, pas d éclairage pour arrivée en soirée, avec une cour très encombrée.

Bon séjour dans appartement cosy

L'accueil est très sympa directement dans le bar tabac. C'est très pratique. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir chantilly. Proche de la gare. Les équipements sont nombreux et fonctionnels. Idéal pour passer plusieurs jours avec la cuisine équipée.

Tous les stationnements sont payants si vous venez en voiture en semaine.
