With a room on the first floor there are fabulous views of the sea and the mountains behind. Kaikoura is beautiful. There is also a lovely walk round the peninsula from the property where we saw a lot of fur seals. The room is well-equipped and clean. Lovely stay.

The studio was well equipped. Everything that was in the description was correct. It was very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location was perfect for doing everything we wanted to do and the view was stunning.
More of a suggestion - the patio doors would benefit from a mirrored film on the glass. Allowing you to see out but not in. Just to give a bit more privacy, especially as studio no.2 have to walk past the window to access their property.
