    Place is good, good value. Location is not super close to town but there is a kitchen and a great lounge where you can relax. The drive to town is only 5minutes however. I did a nice run from the motel along the water to the seal colony. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear people above and next to you but that didnt bother me as everyone was quiet at night anyway.

    Felt very safe, staff were very responsive and helpful :-) Most importantly , the views!!!! Super gorgeous sunrise and sunsets with the view of the snow mountain. Close to town and to the whale watching station too. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and comfortable.

    The server is cold as much as body in the fridge. I am ready for the dolphine watching.but cancel all the cosuming in Kakuroa
