Eine moderne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung, Die Entfernung zum Strand und zum Bäcker zu Fuß gut zu machen, ebenso zu Restaurants Ruhige Lage mit Parkplätzen

Gute Lage für fussläufigen Fussweg zum Duhner Strand (ca. 500m), Ortszentrum Duhnen, Ahoi-Bad (600m). Gute WLAN-Qualität und -Geschwindigkeit. Positiv ist außerdem der Service der FeWo-Verwaltung zu erwähnen, waren spontan bereit eine Online-Bestellung anzunehmen.
Eine bessere Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im unten gelegenen Schlafzimmer (nur mäßig verdunkelnder Vorhang, Jalousie oder Rollo wäre besser) wäre wünschenswert, ebenso wie Töpfe, die zu den Plattengrößen des Elektroherds passen. Nerviges Manko ist außerdem die verhältnismäßig lange Wartezeit bei der Warmwasserbereitung (bis zu 2 Minuten laufendes Wasser, bevor es warm wird).
