From making the reservation to check-in at Joy Ln the experience was smooth and easy. The location on Kentucky Lake was perfect for our girls week. The house was clean and orderly with every amenity we could have possibly needed and all we added was food, wine and fun. We all described this house as comfortable hominess mixed with luxury hotel. Opening the front door to see the view out to the deck and lake was a lovely sight. Also one of us was traveling with a large plant that enjoyed the front porch views. We would choose this house on Joy Ln in New Concord, Ky again.

This house was beautiful. Very clean and completely redone. It felt brand new! All the linens, towels and dishes were very nice. Was a great place to spend the weekend with our adult children. Nice boat dock and great location! Would highly recommend!
