- Please note that the lake operates on seasonal pool levels: during winter pool, water levels are lower, and motorized boats cannot be pulled into the dock. During summer pool, normal water levels return, and the dock is fully accessible for boating
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing the exterior entry, and 1 camera is on the back door facing the exterior entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
