Needs minor repairs (a few floor boards) and the beds are very firm. The house rep did get mattress pads for us but they were only 1.5 in thick and that wasn’t much help for me. But everything else was great.

This place was very nice and spacious. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable for some but not everyone. A little hard for some of us. Having three bathrooms was nice. The kitchen was nice and big but if you are planning on cooking and eating in, you will probably want to bring some of your own skillets/cookware. We ate breakfast and dinner in the unit. We ran out of paper towels and had to buy some 9x12 pans because there are none provided. I use rubber spatulas and there were none provided. You may want to bring dishwasher detergent because not enough was provided for doing the amount of dishes we did. There were 9 of us. No dish cloths were provided, just a foam scrunchy thing. We had to buy Clorox wipes to clean the counters between meals. The living room was spacious and has a large sectional, but not very comfortable. The cushions are about 3’ deep so you have to put a couple pillows behind you. I’m 70 yrs old and I had to sit on pillows and have pillows behind me just so I could get up off of the sofa. All in all, it was a very nice unit but could have a few more supplies. You can currently see the beach/water from the unit, but there might be more construction in the future that would obstruct the views. An easy walk to the beach was a plus! Porches were great and provided a nice breeze.
