We stayed at this place in July for a few days and wanted to share our experience. The place is even better in reality than in the pictures ! We especially enjoyed the wrap-around patio with its amazing views, which offered a wonderful break from all the usual craziness of daily live . Hearing the birds during our morning tea was definitely a highlight.
The place had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. It truly is a perfect spot for a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also appreciated the lovely personal touch of the owners calling to check in on us. Our puppies had an awesome time running in the acreage around the property.
P.S : If you love quality burgers, we highly recommend exploring Dewey burgers in town.

Loved this property, view is amazing, quiet area. The big wrap deck was amazing. House is very spacious, great kitchen with big island. We stayed for a week with family and open concept with wide deck was roomy for all. Close to our favourite beach spots.
Looks like a newer build, I’m sure upgrades are coming (ex. no bathroom mirror). Only Suggestion from us is a bbq and more deck seating options. Also there was no fire pit area but we had fire ban.
Would love to book here again on our next trip down!

Beautiful, spacious home with incredible view. Very clean and nice. Would have preferred a main level bedroom. Really enjoyed the large deck but needs to have some professional spraying for bees. Overall it was a wonderful vacation in a lovey home.

First off the home was absolutely stunning, The view is very addicting.
There was some issues within the house itself, it didn't seem like it was fully ready to have visitors and especially a family. It had wires hanging in the corners it had smoke detectors? Or lights, that had not been put in it had pictures that still hadn't been hung up there was really no curtains on any of the windows, there really wasn't anything for the kids to do there, no games available on site which I understand doesn't need to be , but it makes it more home feeling , there was one puzzle, just didn't really seem like it was fully ready to be used. The amenities that they listed on their site as to what the house had available to use was also not accurate, there was no barbecue, or a real fire pit. The fridge was not usable for the ice machine that they mentioned in the amenities it was leaking a white powdered substance and I mean the whole time we had to constantly be cleaning it up. Filters for the water system needed to be changed. When we got into the garage there was a bunch of wood and pallets and buckets and stuff that were on the other side of the garage so if you had two cars you weren't able to park your other car on that side.. Communication with host was okay, the only real issue that we had is that we've stayed at other b&bs before and rental homes and typically they tell you what you can and can't use, they also tell you what cleaning products you should be able to use on counters and tables, and so my kids were coloring at the table and we accidentally got some marker on the wood table that they had, and I tried to clean it off with a sponge and some Dawn and it actually took off some of the finish :( , I felt awful and I did let the host know, but I wasn't sure as to what I could have used to clean accidents up like that. We are not at all disappointed, it just seemed like this home wasn't fully ready to accommodate maybe a family of 6 with small kids, hunters and maybe a couple staying here would be ideal.
. We absolutely recommend home, just needs some finishing seems like. We enjoyed ourselves and just sending some positive feedback and what could be better for other family's in the future. We appreciated the beautiful home and what was available it was an amazing peaceful experience for us. So thank you 😊
