The Seedling Guest House is in an excellent spot for those looking to explore Edwardsville or even St Louis. If you plan to stay in Edwardsville you can easily walk or ride a bike anywhere within Edwardsville or (if biking) Glen Carbon. Location really couldn’t be much better!
The house is decorated thoughtfully and elegantly, it is clean and welcoming with an excellent design for many people to comfortably stay.
We will absolutely be staying here every time we visit going forward.

Very unique house that made you feel at home. Nice Neighborhood and easy to take walks. Super nice to have one king size bedroom on the main floor. If you are up for an adventure this is a house for you. We enjoyed the stay!
