Home is in a good quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Other than the house needing to be deep cleaned it was very nice and had plenty of space and kitchen items, everything is labeled which really helped. There are no tvs in the bedrooms which was fine with us as adults but had the children come with us they would have needed something for entertainment especially at bedtime or while adults watched a movie in the living room. Great water pressure in showers, beds were so-so for our comfort but we are use to very plush, they also crinkle loudly with each toss and turn but linens were great. Plenty of pool towels provided by the back door, pool rafts available to blow up and the added beach chairs and umbrella was super convenient. Pool was dirty and not running when we arrived but the pool guy was sent right over to get it cleaned and turned pump on, thought maybe it was on a timer but each day we had to use the net to clean out bugs and manually turn on the pump, thankfully the couple we traveled with has a pool and knew how to do all of that. Air conditioning worked great, we didn’t have to go below 74 and always felt very comfortable. There is a gas station and McDonald’s at the entrance to the subdivision which was very convenient. Not a ton to do in the immediate area but Navarre beach is 15 minutes away with plenty of stores/ restaurants along the way and Destin is about 25 minutes with even more things to do. El Jalisco was our favorite restaurant. The shrimp basket is always fantastic. Multiple seafood restaurants at Navarre beach too. Walk the Navarre pier, it’s gorgeous and lots of marine life. If you want something more upscale and on the water go to The Gulf in Fort Walton. Will definitely stay at the home again.

The beds were fairly comfortable, everything was clean. The house was easy to get into, and the pool was delightful. We hated to leave and we hope we can come again soon. The neighborhood is a quiet secluded place, but convenient to stores and the beach. The screened patio was a great place for enjoying the morning bird songs. We loved our time there!
