This property is set up to accommodate a larger group (4 bedrooms) but my husband and I were perfectly content and comfortable with the property. The location was perfect for us. It is located just off the highway in a quaint little neighborhood with the Sound Side just a block away. The home was immaculate and well stocked. The bathrooms are filled with little jars of Q-tips, makeup removing pads and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We did not cook any but the kitchen is stocked with everything one would need to prepare a meal. There are some spices in the pantry and a “coffee bar” area with individual kcups, teas and creamers. The master bedroom was cozy. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom with the double vanity, walk in shower, separate tub and huge walk in closet was great. We really appreciated the plantation shutters which helped us sleep a little later than we normally would. Love the nightstands on both sides of the bed and a desk with a nice mirror to do your makeup or work from. We did not use any other bedroom but they all looked well appointed and comfortable. I did not notice additional TV’s, only the one on the main Living Room (not a problem for us). If you have littles who need that white noise you might want to bring an ipad for them. The outisde space was nice but unfortunately it was windy and to cool for us to really utilize it. You can tell the owners spent some money trying to make it a comfortable space. There is a water hose and mat near the front entrance should you need to wash sand off before going inside. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the owners allowing us the opportunity to enjoy their home.

This place was amazing. I had a Butler's suite in San Lucia and didn't compare to this stay. We were amazed at how perfect everything was. From the location, the spacious bedrooms and most importantly the small things you forget on a trip. My wife entered hospice 2 months ago and this trip meant the world to us. We have a large family (6 kids) and this home had no problem accommodating that. Thank you for making everything so easy, but most importantly thank you for giving us a chance to make priceless memories. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

If one word would describe this property and the owners, spectacular! The house looks unassuming from the outside, but once you enter, it’s nothing short of spectacular inside! It has everything you need to cook a meal (we did thanksgiving here) and all amenities you need. The decor really gives you the “beach” feel. The cleanliness was great! If we ever make our way back to Navarre, we will for sure look at this place first.
