Good location, close to grocery/boat ramps/state park considering being out in the country. Couple only negative points would be that there were quite a few bugs inside the home whether dead or alive so maybe a pest control spray would help. I understand you're out in the country and it's a wood home however as a fellow Airbnb host, I'd definitely have a pest control service. The vacuum provided didn't even suck for us to vacuum them up but there was a shop vac we could use. Gravel driveway isn't an issue but the trees are at the entryway for people bringing and RV or boat. Our boat's wake tower would scrape the branches above the entry off the main road which was a little concerning however it is nature.
The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms were fine. Second bathroom shower is a little small and drainage is poor leaking out to the bathroom floor so maybe a better mat or something could fix that. We used the grill and there was a decent little quantity of pots/pans/cooking utensils. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!
