I enjoyed the inside of the condo for my business stay. It was well appointed, appliances were great, new construction appearance, bed was very comfortable, and the view was beautiful of the river walk and river valley. The sliding glass doors in the living room open directly on to the river walk and was a bit noisy at times as people were walking by from the restaurant directly next door.
The parking was 2 blocks away, a 15 min walk up a very steep hill, not down the block, in an single isolated, poorly lit, poorly identified, way in the back, in an un-secure parking spot behind a Japanese hibachi restaurant. I had to drive around for about 30 min just to end up calling the condo attendant. He gave me a few barely visible landmarks but was helpful to find it. There is ample parking in front of the condos but I was not allowed to park there, even though there were several spots not utilized. There also was heavy rain for 3 nights of my stay and I was soaked every time walking up and down the hill to the condo. Plus, I have physical walking issues and the steep hill was very painful both ways to get to the condo. This was not delineated prior to booking. I needed my vehicle daily to service my contracts. The only issue with the kitchen was that it did not have a Keurig unit for coffee which I thought was going to be present. Local area restaurants and entertainment were very good.
In summary, if you have any physical or medical limitations, do NOT book this property. I have several upcoming Lynchburg contract stays and I will not stay at this property again.
