The property was was clean and you can easily access downtown areas with walking. It was quiet (we stayed weekdays).
The only issue is that you don’t have on-site parking. You park a block away and the streets are dark. You can park in public parking overnight and not get towed.

Location was great for the 4th of July weekend celebration. Just needed to deal with having to walk up streets and stairwells. Seemed like the location was slowly being redevelopment so there were quite a few street people asking for money.
I thought the room was going to be a two bedroom but I was mistaken.
