Loved our stay! Was looking for a place to just chill out and relax and this was the perfect place. Was able to fish right out front and was quiet and serene.

It was a very quiet with beautiful scenery definitely would visit again loved it there. I had fun and it was very homey and had everything you could need, though I absolutely hated the bath tub and the water pressure and the dog hair all over the sofa and floor in the living room everything else was absolutely gorgeous.

The Magnolia River cabin was a great stay for us and our dogs. Very relaxing and stress free. Loved having the water right outside. We kept our kayaks in the river tied up to the dock the whole stay and just jumped in and peddled away whenever we wanted. Plenty of room and very peacefully quiet. Neighbors are friendly when or if you do run into them. Will return.

If you are looking for a quaint, clean, quiet place to relax and get away from it all, this is your place. But a few 'extras' would make for a perfect stay. We were only there for 3 nights, so we had just enough towels and wash cloths. But if our stay was longer or there were more of us (it was just the two of us), we might have ran out of towels with no place to wash/dry towels- since this property does not have a washer and dryer. May I recommend some "over the door towel hooks" for the bathroom and a few more bath towels be left in up on the laundry room cabinets. The bedroom could use a dresser or check of drawers for storing clothes, and a luggage rack would be great for your guests. You can get nice folding luggage racks with shoe storage from Amazon for $39.99. We kept our suite cases open on one side of the bed the whole stay. May I recommend you hang the long mirror that is sitting on the floor in the corner, on the wooden post so it could be useful by taller people. And the kitchen could use an oven mitt, a toaster and dish cloths. I toasted bread in the oven and used a place mat for an oven mitt. But all in all this place is very peaceful and quiet being located at the end of the road. There is no flow-through traffic. We saw some wildlife in the river in front of the cabin - dolphins, and lots of pelicans.
