Extremely enjoyed our stay, the house had all the things you needed to enjoy family time at the house and was only short drive from the beach front. Highly recommended!! Would decently stay again!!!

Very comfortable and quite peaceful and our grandson loved fishing and all the ducks. Our only complaint was the grass was very tall for over half our week and was quite yucky but the lawn care person finally came and it was nice. Fishing gear was a broken mess so we went and bought rods and reels and stuff needed to fish--so do bring your own. Canoes and Kayaks are great and they enjoyed those a lot. House is quite nice and had most everything one would need. And beds are very comfortable and showers are good and has great hot water. Close to alot of things we wanted. Favorite place to eat in Pensacola is McGuires Irish Resturant! Shepherds Pie is Fantastic and very large portions and drinks are great and service was delightful! House owner Mike is so helpful and nice and the neighborhood is nice and quiet too.

The house was very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the large televisions throughout the house. The beds were super comfy. This was a big plus since you never know what kind of mattress you will get in a rental. The pond behind the house was awesome! Watching all the ducks was a treat. My son caught a few fish and I enjoyed kayaking on the pond. It was also nice to have the large fenced yard for my granddog. I would definitely stay at this rental again.

We had the best time during our stay! Mike was very prompt at responding and very easy to work with. The kids had a blast as well. The kids brought their video game, the place is wifi ready, there was a charger box/station in every room which was another huge plus for us. There are fishing poles for the pond in the back yard, there are 2 kayaks to choose from and 1 paddleboard which was a HUGE HIT for us and something we had never done before. Plenty of yard space, outdoor shower to rinse off after coming from the pond, firepit, all kinds of board games, nice and quiet neighborhood, and not far from everything you need.
This place was literally a ONE STOP SHOP!!
