The building is brand new and finishes were top of the line. Furniture is very comfy and space feels homey. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need including coffee. Shared hot tub fits 17 people and is much larger than what we were used to. Parking is great for a mountain town with a designated garage space and ample surface parking. Location is solid with walkability to pretty much any location in the town and a short 5-minute drive to the resort. We will stay here again.

My family and I LOVED our stay!
Evolve is great to work with and the owners were delightful to communicate with.
The condo was in a great location, with a massive outdoor hot tub. The unit itself had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of four.
Location was great, too - close to several great spots and restaurants - and a quick drive to the Winter Park Resort entrances and parking lots.
The garage and elevator were clutch, as we felt comfy leaving our gear in the back of the truck and didn't have to put on all the extra warm clothes just to run an errand or get back up to the condo. Also didn't have to worry about cleaning off the truck when it snowed.
Both king-sized beds, pillows and linens were super comfy. Bunks were an added bonus! The kitchen was so well-appointed, and the island perfectly sized, that we ended up staying put for meals, either cooking there or bringing food in. This was an ipad/iphone/iwatch-free trip for the kids and the condo did not disappoint, with lots of games and great streaming options for all of us.
Heated floors were a fam fav. We all loved them! Between the heated floors, shades that you could draw up or down for lots of natural sunlight, and the electric fireplace, we got just the right amount of heat during the day with a nice cool-down over night for comfy sleeping.
Hope to come back to Winter Park soon and would gladly stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family ski trip! It was impeccably clean and well appointed with two big rooms and a small kids' bunk room. A washer and dryer are a must for us and can be hard to find in other rentals.
