We had an awesome stay here for a quick ski trip at Winter Park. Very nice inside, amazing location, just about accessible to everything! The hot tub was an awesome perk too. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the heating and cooling in the property was a bit finicky. The top floor was extremely hot when you turned on the heat but the bottom floor remained freezing cold making it difficult to sleep at night. Would be nice to have some instructions provided in the Welcome Book. Other than that, this property is great and we will definitely book it again in the future! Thank you for your hospitality

This was a nice place to stay for our family of 6 on vacation.
Here are some things that we noticed could be improved:
1- the garage floor had a bunch of gravel on it and I even found a metal bracket on the floor that could have been ran over. It needs to be cleaned and swept out.
2- it would be helpful, if possible, to have a garage door opener for guests so you don’t have to get out each time to open/close the door. Not a huge deal, but would be convenient.
3- there were no potholders. Also not a big deal, we used hand towels, but just noting that. Also no dustpan for the broom.
4- the carpets were still stained as I had read in previous reviews. That definitely detracts from the place.
5-we found out on the last day there that the fan was wired backwards. The high speed was low and the low speed was high. Also the dusting on the window sills and light fixtures could be improved.
6- the first night there I contacted our guest relations person with a couple questions. The first one I answered myself but the second one wasn’t answered as I never received any reply the whole week we were there.
Good things to note:
1-the hot tub was a big bonus after spending days hiking.
2-there were extra condiments in the fridge and several miscellaneous items in the cupboards for use that came in handy.
3- there was a/c in the unit, it didn’t keep up when we had the oven on and when it was warmer in the afternoon, but at least it helped.
4-the beds were very comfy to sleep on (note: some of the pillows were feather) and the closets were nice and large.
5- the three levels were perfect for the adults and kids having their own bedroom/bathroom combo.
6-in unit laundry is always a nice plus, especially with four kids! An added bonus was the provided laundry soap pods and dryer sheets.
Overall I would recommend staying here. It was a good stay and we enjoyed our time in Winter Park and Fraser.

The kitchen was well equipped & very nice, the appliances were great, the beds were clean, the bathrooms were clean & nice, and overall, the house was nice and we enjoyed it. However, there were some minor issues that could be improved - the main TV's remote control didn't work, the carpets were badly stained and I'm not sure if they were vacuumed or if some de-odorant was just sprayed on it, the one ceiling fan worked only on low speed, and the house most definitely needs more fans of some type. The last 2 issues are the biggest complaints we have. I can understand why the house doesn't have an air conditioner but it desperately needs more fans to circulate air throughout the top 2 floors. Overall, the house was nice and I would recommend it as long as it's understood there is no air circulation and the top floor can get very warm during the summer.

Fist off the stairs. There are no mention of stairs or pictures of them as well in the review of this condo. This is not a good place for people with disabilities. when you get there with groceries and luggage you are surprised. The hot tub was nice but left you stinking after you got out. I did not like the only entrance to the hot tub as you had to go thru one of the bedrooms. Loved as it was stocked very well as far as your needs. The couch was old and smelled as well as pillows on the furniture house needs to be better sanitized. Thanks
