10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2025
Perfect weather and cabin for a weekend getaway. We had a great time fishing and enjoying the views of Lake Poinsett. The host was great to work with and very responsive. The AC and wifi stopped working, and she graciously offered to stop by after we couldn't get it to work. We felt bad afterward as it was such simple fix. It was very much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice and comfortable for the 4 guys. The coffee pot had leftover grounds in it from what I presume was the visit before us. The lake was rough the entirety of our trip and the dock came apart on our stay as well. So not a lot of fishing opportunities. Although you can’t fight Mother Nature lol. Overall our stay was pleasant and in a quiet neighborhood.
