We've created a space that balances comfort, convenience, and affordability, ensuring that your family and work needs are well taken care of during your stay.
Our property is strategically positioned in the heart of Sioux Falls.
Whether you're in town for business, leisure, or a blend of both, you'll appreciate our location as an ideal starting point for your adventures.

This fully stocked cottage is cozy, comfortable, and ready for guests.
*Sleeping Spaces:
- The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bed.
- The living room is equipped with a pull out couch or if preferred an air mattress is also available.
- A pack n play is available for young guests.
*Stay connected with fast wireless internet and enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry.
*The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and complimentary K-cups and light snacks are provided.
*The Roku TV offer entertainment to log into your personal favorite subscriptions.
*A grill and fire pit are provided during April through October for guests to enjoy. Board games are available year round.
*Off-street parking adds convenience.
The entire house is for guests. The garage is not available for guest use.
Please utilize the Airbnb messaging to have the fastest and most reliable contact. This messaging system is set to priority for all communication.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

We had an awesome stay. The house is great, shower has good water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and we were so close to everywhere we needed to go. Chris was awesome and very communicative

This is an older house so the bathroom is small. The driveway is shared with the neighbors who like to park 4 deep making it hard for larger suv to use. Had an issue with the tv, used app with no response so called the management company directly and it was resloved.
