The Jockey's Lodge is set in the heart of the historic Danebury Racing Stables, near Stockbridge in Hampshire.
Surrounded by 320 acres of gallops, paddocks and farmland, and with a view of the stables, this is a truly unique and rare place to stay.
The lodge is a few minutes drive from Stockbridge which is a popular country town with a range of pubs, restaurants and shops.
Andover, Winchester, Salisbury and Stonehenge are all within a short drive, along with many other countryside pursuits.
The Jockey's Lodge is a newly refurbished 3-bedroom bungalow property.
The full kitchen and living room are a large open-plan space. The kitchen includes a wide range of appliances.
The bedrooms consist of a king-size room, a double and a single. Each room has its own wardrobe.
The spacious bathroom includes a bath with a power shower and a heated towel rail.
There is an additional toilet off the kitchen, as well as a small utility room with a washer/dryer.
The private back garden is a large space with outdoor seating and BBQ.
The Lodge over-looks our outdoor stables, which are partially occupied by our own horses (Fred & Gordon), palomino pony (Bubbles) and donkey (Bobby)!
The property is located a few minutes drive from Stockbridge, with Andover, Winchester, Salisbury and Stonehenge all within a 10-20 minute trip by car.
Guests have access to the whole house as well as a large garden to the rear.
