About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Driving distance to Turkey Point, Port Dover, Long Point Public Beach, Norfolk Conservation Park and lots more. This brand new fully furnished property sleeps 12 adults. Spacious and bright. Meticulously decorated to offer everything to enjoy your vacation.
Other things to note
No smoking or marijuana usage is allowed at the property. If any smell of these items is detected a $300 charge will be applied / no pets / no loud music or noise. We provide initial household supplies (such as toilet paper, shampoo, hand wash, bath soap, dishwashing liquid etc). Linen and towels are provided as per the sleeping arrangements (12 people ) in the house. The guests are responsible to replenish any additional supplies that is required. Some items that our guests may use on a personal level may not be found at the property eg a keurig coffee machine. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Pls remove shoes inside the house. Please remove all garbage and used items from inside the house upon checkout. Guest are allowed to leave 3 garbage bags inside the bin upon checkout (leave them in the garage if the bin is full). Guests are responsible to dispose of all extra garbage. Due to city's restrictions on household garbage we will not be able to take any extra garbage bag. Absolutely no moving of furniture when at property. Property must be left in the same set up as found. No breaking or damaging of any items found at the property. No staining of linens or towels. Kindly note that the ground level flooring is a very unique Galaxy Classic black Tile with small shimmering-like galaxy golden flakes. It’s Polished smooth finish May sometime tend to show little streaks in certain areas after mopping. Please don’t mistake this to mean that the floor is not clean.
