About this house rental
True four seasons resort property located at the top of Peek N' Peak mountain resort. Ski-in/ski-out 40 yards to lifts #1 and #2 in the winter, or watch golfers play the first and eighth hole of the championship golf course from the deck spring, summer, and fall.
The spacious living area has an inviting open floor plan with modern furnishings. A finished game room with a fireplace and shuffleboard table is a great place to hang out for adults and kids alike. The kitchen is well-stocked to suit the needs of any level of cooking. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished to accommodate adults, children, or a mix of both. Clean, up-to-date bathrooms on each level offers convenience and ensures easy access for all sleeping arrangements.
Along with the championship golf course, there is a ropes course with ziplining for the adventurer (novice to expert). The Peek N' Peak pool complex includes Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub. Outdoor waterslide, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, miniature golf and more. These amenities are at a separate cost through Peek'n Peak Resort and Spa. Located a short drive away from New York and Erie wineries and breweries as well as Lake Chautauqua and Lake Erie. Bike a mile down a beautiful country road to the quaint Findley Lake or stay put and take advantage of all that the Peek N' Peak resort has to offer like Serenity Spa, PGA level golf course, the massive pool complex with passes included, restaurants, and outdoor adventures.

Main level has a modern, open layout. The living room has a sofa and loveseat and a large flat-screen TV mounted above the gas fireplace. The dining room has a table that comfortably seats 8-10 as well as a corner-cafe table with two chairs. The kitchen includes a counter peninsula with 4 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and garbage disposal. Small kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster oven, hand mixer, and Crockpot. The coffee station includes a 10 cup classic coffee maker. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is located on the main level as well. There is a washer/dryer closet in the Master Bedroom.
