We stayed at the hotel with 2 children and loved the easy access to the beach and water slides. The entertainment team was superb and we never got bored (even though it rained for 2 whole days). The check-in/out and dining was 5-star too.
The only thing we didn’t like was the on-site photography studio taking pictures of the kids without our consent and then displaying them in the shop. But when asked to remove and delete the photos they did.

The way it was kid focused made it the best family vacation to-date. The Entertainment Crew were amazing, and relentlessly worked to include the guests every day, but let us just bake under the sun lazily if we wanted to. The spa center was high quality. I've been to at least 20 Turkish hamams, and this is by far the cleanest, most aesthetically charming bath house I've been to. For a massage, ask for Dehwi, simply the best.
