Sarp Hotel Kadriye

The staff were amazing and very welcoming. The location was perfect, very close to Land of Legends, supermarkets, and the local market. The area felt very safe at night, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was great clean tidy room water in fridge every day and with breakfast included was great staff were friendly too

We had additional beds put into the bedroom and these were not comfortable to sleep on at all.

The restaurant and buffet area was well maintained and clean. I noticed the gentlemen working in the restaurant and bar area were extremely hardworking and attentive. Most of the staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to respond to every guest’s request. The buffet had some nice highlights – the French fries were delicious and definitely a favorite for kids, and the coffee machine offered hot chocolate, which my children loved. The kitchen chef stood out for his friendliness and warm attitude. I also appreciated that the ground floor washrooms were kept clean. Since the hotel is small, it was easy to meet and chat with other guests, most of whom were very kind and warm-hearted

Unfortunately, there were several serious drawbacks. The hotel felt very boring – there was no entertainment at all. They played Turkish music all day, but beyond that, nothing engaging was offered. The pool bar was equally dull and often looked completely empty. Room cleanliness was another disappointment; the housekeeping was poorly done, with visible dirt, hair, and dust on the floor and even on some parts of the bed. The balcony was barely touched during cleaning and remained extremely dusty and dirty. The beach looked nice at first glance, but the water was dirty, deep, and with strong waves almost all the time, making it unpleasant for swimming. The pool hours were also very limited (only from 10 am to 6 pm), which felt too short for families. To make matters worse, our room faced the main road, which made it both very loud and dusty, reducing comfort significantly
