Inside, you’ll find handmade quilts, vintage embroidery, and unique artwork that add a cozy touch. While the house's structure was still in good shape, it has been updated to be livable for today. ☀ We would greatly appreciate it if you could turn the lights off, check that exterior doors and windows are locked, and adjust the thermostat to 65 in winter or 75 in summer.
☀ A friendly reminder that check-out time is 10 am unless you have made alternative arrangements with us for a later departure.
☀ Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
☀ Some of the garden bed areas are temporarily covered as part of ongoing landscaping work to eliminate weeds. This is intentional and part of scheduled maintenance.
☀ One barstool is currently out of service due to a broken rung. There will be 3 usable barstools at the kitchen counter during your stay.
To ensure comfort, there are also 10 dining chairs available at the dining table, so there is still plenty of seating.

We absolutely loved the charm of Anne's Retreat and how welcome we felt. The amenities were great and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking equipment. We especially enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs (and cats)! We primarily chose it for proximity to the park but as there was so much to experience in the area, we would gladly stay there again.

Anne's Retreat is just that, a relaxing retreat. The house was spotless and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It was such a cozy place and felt like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend a stay here!
