From the living room, step out onto a large private terrace with outdoor sofas, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Costa del Sol’s exceptional climate all year round.
Upstairs, you’ll find the two bedrooms:
- The first, on the right, features two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.
- The second also has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and pleasant views of a quiet side street. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway.
The location is truly exceptional: just a few minutes’ walk from Marbella’s seafront promenade and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and wellness centers. The exclusive Golden Mile is only 5 minutes away by car, and Marbella’s city center is just a 10-minute walk.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The apartment is great. However there was little in the way of information on arrival and no instruction sheet. I expect emergency contact details and leaving instructions at least. There is a gym on the complex but not told about it. Stop using really cheap toilet rolls, this is meant to be a luxury holiday.
