Great location, beautiful and clean apartaments. We enjoyed private pool, as in October main public pool was closed. Liked the spaciouness.
It was the most "nude" apartment we have ever been. What I mean is there is nothing for daily use amenities, for example: there was dishwasher, but no washer fluid, same with washing machine. None of extra trash bags, no regular coffee maker. There was barely enough toilet paper.
Wi-fi didn't work, as other guests changed main password (I reset router, so it worked after all). Lot of stuff worn out: kitchen equipment, sunbed etc.
Owner was straightforward, which I liked, however I strongly recommend to check it's property from time to time (hired housekeeping between guests is not enough).

Cómo positivo: la zona, ya que es un recinto privado, y que está a 5 min de la playa y a 15 del centro histórico.
Es un dúplex con piscina privada en el tercer piso. 2 habitaciones con baño cada una
Lo negativo: Las cortinas del comedor que son blancas y dejan pasar todo el sol y la calor durante toda la mañana y buena parte de la tarde y el comedor parece un horno, tuvimos de trasladar las cortinas de una habitación al comedor, ya que esas si eran opacas y así poder estar en el sofá y en la mesa sin tener que aguantar tanta claridad y tanto calor. El aire acondicionado está centralizado y tarda muchas horas en enfriar toda esa estancia, al contrario que la habitación de matrimonio, que está como un congelador.
La cocina estaba que se caía a trozos y el suelo se encharcaba de agua; no sabíamos de qué era
El menaje es muy escaso, casi de nada comparado con otros apartamentos en los que hemos estado. Como detallé la cafetera del siglo pasado, la tele sencilla y pequeña.
Faltaría poner una barandilla en la escalera.
Falta de mantenimiento en la piscina y la escalera muy incómoda se mueve cuando entras y sales del agua
Para ser una zona alta y un apartamento de alto standing, calidad precio inadecuado.
