Welcome to Dad’s Garage, a cozy two-bedroom Ironwood retreat with a private sauna, electric fireplace, and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring the western U.P.
With comfortable accommodations for up to four adults, the home features a Cal King bed, a cozy Queen bed, and a LoveSac sofa with double chaise loungers in the living room. Warm up by the fireplace, unwind in the sauna, or settle in for a quiet night after hiking waterfalls, biking local trails, skiing, or exploring downtown Ironwood.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes quartz countertops, a gas range, Keurig and standard coffeemakers, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. You'll also have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heat, and a full-size washer and dryer.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, soap, a hair dryer, and a bidet for added convenience.

Dad's Garage is a great place to stay in the Ironwood area. The place was clean and well appointed. All the amenities you would ever need! The washer/dryer came in handy as we were in the middle of a long trip. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets. Would highly recommend if you are in the area!

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times, and that alone says a lot about how much we enjoy it. In fact, as we’re sadly packing up to leave, we’re already talking about and planning our next stay.The home is comfortable, welcoming, and always feels like a place we can truly relax and unwind. One of our favorite things about the location is how close it is to so many of the area’s natural attractions. It’s the perfect home base for exploring state parks, waterfalls, beaches, and all the beauty the Upper Peninsula has to offer.Each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to outdoor adventures. We can’t wait to return!
