If you are looking for a seamless and breathtaking ski getaway, Palcall Tsumagoi Resort is an absolute gem. From the moment of booking until the final shuttle ride, the experience was virtually flawless. The Service & Logistics: The booking process and communication were incredibly easy, setting a high bar for the rest of the stay. One of the standout features is the exceptional staff. Not only are they welcoming, but they are also fluent in multiple languages, making the experience stress-free for international travelers. Skiing & Snow Fun: The ski rental process is remarkably efficient. For those on the slopes, the resort offers free and wonderful ski classes. For Non-Skiers: There is plenty to do even if you don't ski; non-skiers have access to free sleds, which is a fantastic touch for families or those just looking to play in the snow. Transport: The free shuttle bus service to Karuizawa and Kusatsu is a game-changer, allowing you to explore the surrounding areas easily. The Room & Iconic Sunrise: If you stay here, the Sunrise View room is an absolute must. Waking up to the sun creeping over the mountains is a memory that will stay with you long after you leave. For a truly unique experience, don't miss the Sunrise Gondola—taking the lift up to witness the first light over the peaks is an ethereal experience that shouldn't be missed. Dining Experience: The culinary offerings are impressive and plentiful Breakfast: A hearty and delicious buffet to start the day. Lunch: A great variety of options to keep you fueled on the slopes. Dinner: The buffet dinner is excellent, offering a wide selection of high-quality dishes. Small Tip: The dinner dome can get a bit chilly, but the food quality makes it well worth it. Probably can’t find any cons at this moment.

It's good to visit here if you're planning to Skii, enjoy hot baths and enjoy buffet breakfasts & dinner, as this place has everything. However, for those looking to explore the locations, it's probably just better if you want a mountainous scenic view because out of the resort, that's all you get. Great thing about the resort is that there may be shuttle bus rides available, but you may need to book it in advance.

The hotel manager is very friendly and good ! The staycation here is super good , even though the room is abit old . But the facility is fantastic. The snow is really nice !
