Unfortunately we rented a room and within approximately 30 minutes of unpacking and then heating up our food we saw roaches climbing all over the kitchenette area. Dozens of tiny roaches and all sizes up to full grown and all were the German species of roaches. We killed 13 medium to large ones and realized we couldn't kill dozens and dozens of tiny ones and that we would have them crawling on us when we sleep. Me and my son, 8 years old. My son can't be in an unclean room and facility. This isn't a one off random roach that crawled in from outside these are clearly breeding very healthily inside the walls of the kitchenette. As soon as we heated our food and turned out the lights they filled the room, the walls and ceiling. I have traveled full time for work for many years. I'm in a hotel room 350 days a year across the entire United States coast to coast, Mexico to Canada. I have seen hotels rooms of all prices. It is rare to see healthy breeding of German roaches in extreme numbers as we saw. Any reasonable person would see a few grown roaches and kill them and move on. This environment is obviously breeding the roaches very effectively. This is a serious health concern. If we do not resolve this issue it will continue to get escalated as far as it needs to untili am 100% refunded. My child is disgusted and it grossed him out to a extreme level of almost vomiting and this isn't acceptable whatsoever. His sensitive nose picked up on an off smell when we entered the room. This smell is coming from inside the walls. I look forward to seeing a full refund within the normal processing time of refunds to credit cards.
