About this house rental
Welcome to our beach house! This new construction home is ideal for fun and relaxation. On the ocean side of A1A, this 3 level house sleeps 14. Take a dip into the heated pool under the shady palm trees and clean turf backyard. Several balconies make for tons of outdoor space and the elevator means no lugging suitcases upstairs. There are king beds in 4 bedrooms and 2 twin-over-full bunks in the 5th.
A brand new 2025 6-seater golf cart is included free of charge with the house. This can be driven to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, parks, etc.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful house, great pool area and balconies, just a couple houses from the beach, and walking distance to several food/ice cream options. Great spot!

Fantastic stay, excellent communication from host, brand new bright lots of natural light, kitchen and living area with balconies on 3rd floor can see the beach, easy 100 yards to beach no need to cross busy road, golf cart, fantastic pool and putting green - close to everything - couldn’t have asked for anything else!
