A newly built oceanfront retreat, The View is a luxury getaway designed for comfort and elegance. This five-bedroom, five-bathroom home offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, accommodating up to 15 guests in style. Whether you’re unwinding by the private pool and hot tub, dining alfresco on the expansive balconies, or gathering in the open-concept living space, every moment is enhanced by stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The third floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living area, a large dining table for 10, and a gourmet kitchen stocked with premium appliances and ample counter space. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors lead to the oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee with the sound of the waves.
The first-floor family room offers additional relaxation space, complete with a wet bar and comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. Step outside to the patio with a gas grill for an evening BBQ, or take a dip in the ocean-view pool and spa under the stars.
Each of the five en-suite bedrooms includes a private balcony, smart TV, and a full bathroom. Four bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the fifth bedroom is designed for younger guests with three twin beds. Additional sleeping accommodations include queen-size sleeper sofas in the living and family rooms. A crib with two crib sheets is also available in the primary bedroom closet.

This place was amazing!! Once I figured out the management company VTrips communicated platform this was a breeze. The place accommodated 2 elderly and so much more for any family age, the elevator was a game changer for all of our experience to ensure their safety and moving around. The place was complete with everything we needed and a lot of person touches. This was Our first time in the St. Augustine area and this will be a mother-daughters trip top memory. So close to everything, yet felt like we were by ourselves on a piece of paradise. Thank you!!!

The View was well appointed for all our needs & wants. Loved the bikes for early morning & evening rides. The beach was never crowded & we appreciated the 1 umbrella & chairs. Kids liked walking for ice cream. Went into St Augustine for tours & sightseeing. Went deep sea fishing. Something for everyone

We really enjoyed the home and the area. Huge open beach area in a casual, but nice beach town. The home location is great. We could walk to get ice cream, coffee and happy hour at the Beachcomber. The home was well equipped and clean. The bikes were a nice perk. Groceries and other stores were just a short drive in either direction. We would like to return and would rent this house again.

Dogs across street from house barked from 7am to 10pm every day, every time someone walked to or from the beach. Otherwise very nice.
