Gorgeous ship in Olpenitz with sauna

A house that floats and is surrounded by water, this holiday experience combines the adventure of a sailing trip surrounded by water with all the comforts of a luxurious holiday home on land. La Marina welcomes you on board. The floating house La Marina is at home in the far north and is moored at the jetty in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea. La Marina is located just before the end of the jetty with optimal sun orientation and a hygge-maritime furnishing style.

Water as far as the eye can see. The breathtaking scenery can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, Baltic Sea and marina. The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the sandy beach of the OstseeResort is just a few minutes' walk away. In the darker months of the year, underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort, as a wellness programme is a must on board.

In addition to the harbour cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment programme provides entertainment.



The floating house extends over three levels. The open-plan living and dining area with all-round water views, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace is located on the upper floor. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and a Weber electric barbecue, the terraces offer a pure holiday feeling.

The breathtaking sunsets can be sensually savoured from the beach chair with a sundowner.

The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom, sauna and a wrap-around terrace. The master bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m) boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front through which you can enjoy the breathtaking water scenery. The second bedroom is equipped with two flexible single beds that can be easily pushed together. Naturally, the view of the water and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth.



If you're travelling with your boat, you've come to the right place. There is a private mooring directly at the house, equipped with many additional cleats. There is also external access to electricity and water at the boat mooring.



A private car parking space is located directly at the jetty.



Our favourite place: In our favourite place in the beach chair on the roof terrace we enjoy the 360 degree panoramic view with harbour cinema. We unwind in harmony with nature, and you will be enchanted too.

Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor area and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation, further discounts are excluded.
