    This property impressed with it’s spotless, cleanliness, attentive staff, and excellent facilities, all located in a convenient area. The combination of these factors made the overall experience highly satisfying and worth every penny.

    Pro: location (close to union square and chinatown), friendly staff Cons: everything else The floor of the room feels dirty the moment we got in. Room service only includes changing your towels and taking out the trash. They dont remake the bed or clean the room for you. When we asked the front desk about it, they said that if there are items on the bed, the housekeepers would not make the bed, but that is untrue as we did not have anything placed on the bed. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the conversations in the hallway, movement from the rooms beside and above yours from your room. Lots of homeless people around this area. I would give props to the staff though, really nice and friendly.

    Hello, I recently stayed at the Hotel Julian from June 22 to June 25 and noticed a $100 charge for a deposit that has not yet been refunded,which should be returned within 7 days of check-out. Could you please clarify the status of my deposit refund? Ps:I found out they finally charged me ***$,Thank you!
