About this house rental
Do you want to take to the sea and go on holiday on an authentic Breton island?
We offer a cottage for rent on the island of Groix, opposite Lorient (45 minutes crossing). Quiet, completely renovated and surrounded by a 1000 m² closed garden, it is located at the exit of the village of Locmaria (350 m from the beach of Locmaria and 15 minutes walk from the famous beach of Grands-Sables).
You will have a part of the garden just for you. The part we rent is adjoining the rest of the house (little presence during rentals). It can accommodate up to 6 people (+ 2 babies) since it includes a 35m² living room-kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with small bath/shower), separate toilets and a laundry room.
Linen is provided (sheets, towels SMALL size).
IMPORTANT: CLEANING IS TO BE DONE BY THE TENANT AT THE END OF THE STAY.
During the school holidays, we prefer weekly rentals.
In terms of beds, you will find:
- a well-insulated bedroom upstairs with a double bed (140 x 200);
- a bedroom on the first floor with two bunk beds (80 x 190);
- above this bedroom and accessible by a miller's ladder, a bedroom under the roof with a double bed (140 x 200).
- a cot and a travel cot are available.
Here are the facilities we put at your disposal:
- wood stove
- Wifi;
- an oven, a 4-burner induction hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker and a toaster;
- dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron with board, vacuum cleaner;
- baby equipment (cot + cot, stroller, high chair, potty, games);
- trampoline on request;
- barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers.
Bike/scooter/car rental at the port (remember to book in advance). Bus shuttle from the Port to Locmaria. It takes 25 minutes to walk from the port.
