Hotel Water Resort Sendai (Adult Only)

トイレの上蓋が自動なのに、ボタンを押しても開かないこと 立地が幹線道路から奥で細い道だったこと くらいでした

We were very confused when we arrived as it was quite clearly a love hotel. However the staff were all extremely friendly to us despite being very confused Foreigners. It terms of the rooms, they were exceptionally clean. We had a big bed, huge flat screen TV and a big spa bath tub. Down in reception was an array of free bath salts, face masks, different shampoos, creams etc. you can absolutely treat this hotel as a "spa getaway" which is what we did. The rooms were so clean, we didn't find one thing out of place and we didn't feel disgusting despite it being a love hotel. The location wasn't central but we don't like staying it city centers. There was free parking outside the hotel and it was about a 15 minutes drive into town You could rent a lot of things for free from reception via the TV. For example, hair straighteners, karaoke machine and room service. You got free breakfast and dinner included with overnight stays. However there went many options available. Only 2 out of 6 options for breakfast were available for our full stay and only 3 out of 6 dinner options were available. Since this is free, there isn't much to complain about. However, as someone who is vegetarian there was nothing I could eat unfortunately. My partner could eat dinner but he said it wasn't great. Note that you have to pre order breakfast through the TV the day before. If booking more than one night you have to make sure you pay before midday everyday. Because of their system you can't pay for the full stay. When you pay for the previous night, your room is locked and then unlocked when you check back in later. You don't have a key but this process wasn't an issue for us once we figured it out. We had a really good stay at this hotel, it was really good for us to relax and unwind.

Would've been good for booking.com to label it as a "love hotel" rather than "adult hotel", as by adults we just assumed no kids 😅 The only reason I rated 9 stars is because of the smell of smoke. It was very strong. I wish they had non smoking rooms available

洗面台の栓が閉まらなかったし、ドライヤーのスイッチがオフにならなかったので、備品などのチェックをして欲しいです タオルが硬いです
