The property consists of 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. The property can accommodate up to 4 people!
Essentials such as Iron, Iron Board, Hair Dryer, Fresh Bedding & Towels are also all provided.
The apartment is a great choice for a comfortable short stay in One of London’s best locations.
Please note that the lift inside the building is currently under maintenance. The flat is located on the 7th floor of the building.
The property is ideally located in Upper Berkeley Street giving access to Edgware Road, Paddington Station and Marble Arch Station.
Guest access
Check in is from 3pm- 5pm Monday-Friday, any check in after 5:30pm latest will subject to late check in fee. The late check in fees are as follows: 5:30pm to 9pm- £50.00 which needs to be paid to the late check in agent in cash. 9:10pm to 12midnight- £100 which needs to be paid to the late check in agent in cash. No payment no check-in.
If your check in is on a Saturday-Sunday or if you wish not to pay for the late check in agent you can pick up the keys at our key collection point which is located in one of our property which is in W2 near Paddington station for free. Please let us know your preference.
The property is is closely situated near Edgware Road Station providing close link to Central London and beyond!
The property is also very near to tesco and local restaurants.

The stay was quite nice, with great access to Hyde Park and some of the more touristy areas. It needed some upgrades, but was very much worth the price. When we visited the elevator/lift was out so it was a bit of a grunt to get the luggage up to the room. The room also had some poorly hung cabinet doors, a broken shower head, an upside-down painting, and a couple problematic looking space heaters. The couch also had some stains, but honestly at the price point these things were all minor. The hosts were communicative, the access was easy and secure, and it had everything we needed.

The stay was affordable. We got some good exercise going up and down the stairs. The location was really convenient for getting to different touristy places in London. The access was easy aside from the stairs.
