We had a great stay. The location was perfect for what we needed and expected. We we a bit surprised with the actual size. The pictures definitely made it look bigger, We also expected it to have more "air conditioning". The fans provided did not cool off the flat. We luckily had packed our own mini fans. There was also a smell of urine in the bathroom that we think was caused by the cleaning bucket in there. We purchased our own air fresheners to leave in the bathroom. We were in London for sightseeing so we were not in the flat often at all so it served our purpose. The pic was taken our last morning once all our luggage was removed so with out 4 people's luggage there was obviously more space. Biba was friendly and easy to communicate with prior to our arrival.
