Roomy and in ideal location. Floors were gritty and there were small cooper wires all over the LR. Dishes, pans, and eating utensils were dirty. Heating and a/c were difficult to regulate.

Wonderful private spot close to everything Sioux Falls has to offer. Extremely clean and well maintained, this one bedroom is beautifully decorated providing a home like, yet luxurious stay.

This property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The towels were great. It is well stocked with needed items. The host was very attentive to ensure everything was working properly. The AC was great if you like a cooler setting. The only drawback is that it is a garden level apartment. You can hear when there are guests in the rooms above. It wasn't bad with the policies the property has in place.
