Our family stayed here for graduation weekend at Vanderbilt. Perfect location, super close to campus. First floor bed and bath perfect for mother who uses a walker. Major issue was refrigerator was not working, so we texted the owners who quickly responded they would get us a mini fridge. However, there was already a mini fridge within the living area, that we had assumed was for drinks. They quickly got us an additional cooler since we had a full house of 10 people and had bought our week’s worth of groceries. Their quick response helped us save most of our food, and they gave us a refund for the cost of the food we lost, which was very generous. The only large table is up on the 3rd floor patio, which worked out just fine, but for those looking for a large dining table so everyone eats together, this isn’t the place. Plenty of room to eat in living area and at counter.Overall super clean, super speedy responses from the owners, and very worth the price to be close to campus and restaurants.
