The six of us (three couples) enjoyed our stay of three nights. The beds were a bit soft for some, but overall we slept well. Kitchen is stocked well and has enough cleaning products for the three days. Bathrooms had adequate supplies for three nights, however, all of us would have liked a total of four bath towels per bathroom (two are provided). The outdoor patio is not exactly as described. The couch is old, worn, and very dirty. Weather proof furniture (such as seating with either removable cushions) would have been more appropriate (it rained out first day there, therefore the couch was not able to be used). Also, with the absence of a hot tub in this unit, a table and chairs would have been awesome to have outside. The weather was so nice, and we would have liked to time on the patio. Overall, our stay was clean & comfortable, a quiet, beautiful neighborhood near Vanderbilt, and an eight minute Uber ride to Broadway.

Long weekend with friends. We needed a place that had 4 bedrooms with en suites. This place fit our needs and was well decorated. A bit far for a walk to Broadway, but the Uber drivers made out. Not a complaint, as we preferred a quieter location. Smoke detector went off randomly for an hour one night. Assuming it needs new batteries. Would definitely stay here again!

5 star rating for this place overall. Very clean, great location, communication with management is seamless, the only gripe is the hot tub didn’t work. I had to plan a bachelor party and the one stipulation I was given was to find a place with a rooftop hot tub which isn’t hard in Nashville. I just happened to pick the one place that had a hot tub that was in bad shape. So bad it had clear signs it hadn’t been fixed in a while and it looks like there’s no intention of fixing it or clarifying it on Vrbo. Granted there’s multiple units this rental is associated with and there were functioning hot tubs in other units. I don’t think a non working hot tub justifies -2 stars, but my bachelor party was some high maintenance guys and they made a big deal out of it.
